In accordance with section 944 of the Companies Act 2006, the Code Committee of the Panel makes rules by way of instruments in writing. This page includes the Code as at 20 May 2006 (the date on which the Directive was implemented in the United Kingdom) and the instruments by which the Code Committee has made rules since that date.
