If you would like to receive a copy of Panel Statements by e-mail you may wish to subscribe, free of charge, for the Takeover Panel’s electronic distribution service by sending your name and contact details by e-mail to supportgroup@thetakeoverpanel.org.uk.
Electronic filing of documents, announcements and other information
Copies of documents, announcements and other information published in connection with an offer that are required to be sent to the Takeover Panel in electronic form should be sent by e-mail to documentfiling@thetakeoverpanel.org.uk.
Important Notice
The Takeover Panel does not give guidance or rulings, issue statements or make announcements by email or by attachments to emails (unless specifically stated otherwise in the email concerned), and nothing in any email sent to the Takeover Panel may be construed as such. Emails sent to the Takeover Panel shall not be treated as having been received or read by the Takeover Panel unless confirmed otherwise by the Takeover Panel. The absence of a response by the Takeover Panel to an email shall not be construed as consent by the Takeover Panel to any of the contents of that email.
Any personal data emailed to the Takeover Panel will be used for the purpose of dealing with that correspondence and otherwise carrying out the Takeover Panel’s functions (which may involve the disclosure of that information as referred to in section 12 of the Introduction to the Takeover Code), and for other purposes for which consent is given.
Please ensure that any personal data sent to the Takeover Panel is accurate and up to date. Please also inform us of any changes to this personal data. You have the right to request details of the personal data we hold about you, and to delete or rectify any inaccurate personal data about you, by sending us a written request to info@thetakeoverpanel.org.uk.
Complaints
The Takeover Panel has very high standards and the Panel Executive aims to give all persons with whom it interacts the best possible service. If, however, you are dissatisfied with the service you have received from the Panel Executive, you may make a complaint through the Takeover Panel’s complaints procedure.
