The Executive has issued a number of Notes to advisers giving advice in relation to certain types of transaction. The Note in relation to “whitewash” documents is followed by a “whitewash” document checklist; the Note in relation to re-registering a public company as a private company is followed by suggested drafting to be included in an EGM circular or explanatory memorandum to be sent to shareholders; and the Note in relation to “Code waivers” is linked to a pro forma “Code Waiver” letter.
